Abstract
Many clinicians are hesitant to perform laparoscopy on patients with previous intra-abdominal surgery, because of increased risk of hemorrhage or intestinal perforation in the presence of abdominal adhesions. Experiences and techniques used in Grady Memorial Hospital to increase the safety of laparoscopic procedures performed on patients with extensive abdominal adhesions are discussed. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
