Abstract
A phenomenological study is carried out for the production of heavy -type leptons in one-particle inclusive neutrino reactions. The muon spectrum is found to be distorted in a significant fashion from that expected with no heavy-lepton production, and sensitive tests are presented which serve to signal the fleeting presence of such excited leptons.
