Drug-nutrient interactions may either alter the pharmacokinetics or pharmacodynamics of a drug or nutrient or compromise nutritional status. It is therefore important to monitor the effect of drug-nutrient interaction on patient's nutritional status and increase patient's awareness of its potential adverse effects. Keywords
