Abstract
Alagille syndrome is a rare cause of chronic liver failure which may be treated by liver transplantation. When underlying hepatic tumor is present, transplantation has had poor results. Magnetic resonance imaging may be a sensitive, noninvasive method to evaluate the presence of tumor before transplantation. Keywords
