Abstract
Methemoglobin formation in ox muscle exposed to air is confined to a thin surface layer and freezing and thawing does not materially influence the depth of the layer. Freezing and thawing do increase the rate of methemoglobin formation.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
