Abstract
Three-terminal superconductive devices with a crossed-line structure (superconductor and a normal conductor), named superconductive controlled weak-links (SCW), have been fabricated. The devices operate in four main regions and their critical currents were continuously controlled by the gate current down to the normal state. Furthermore, the current gain between the critical current of a device and a gate current as high as 95 has been obtained. Some of the fabricated devices manifest ac Josephson effects when irradiated with microwaves of a suitable power over a temperature range from slightly above 4.2 K.Keywords
