Mitochondrial peptide chain elongation factors from Neurospora crassa

Abstract
Two complementary peptide chain elongation factors (G and T) have been isolated from a mitochondrial 100,000 g supernatant. Both factors are specific for 70 S ribosomes and can be crossed with T and G factors from E. coli.Keywords
