Abstract
Summary: An incompatibility has been shown to exist between certain avian antibody-antigen complexes and C′1 of guinea pig complement. This can be remedied by the substitution of species specific C′1 after which guinea pig C′2, C′3 and C′4 are fixed.Keywords
