Abstract
With the exception of the high rate for the S−type single ring event Kamioka, which might have an easier experimental explanation, the observed rates of neutrino interactions is well understood and agrees with predictions based on the current knowledge of cosmic ray flux, particle interactions and geomagnetic field.
