Abstract
The mean Rb level in human plasma is in the range of 0.1 ppm with little fluctuation; it is significantly less in women than in men. There is a good linear correlation between plasma levels and red cell levels, and they are in the same relation as K levels. Mean urinary clearance of Rb is 16 m/min with large variations.
