Abstract
A simple but dependable method for determining the functional capacity of thymus-derived lymphocytes is described. The in vitro culture conditions for determining the incorporation of tritiated thymidine after stimulation with phytohemagglutinin and other mitogens have been given in detail and the methodology confirmed by measuring the ablation of T-cell function in T cell depleted animals. Keywords
