Abstract
A scheme for the TLC separation of 7 antihistamines [diphenhydramine hydrochloride, bromodiphenhydramine hydrochloride, chloropheniramine malate, carbinoxamine malate, mepyramine malate, antistine, and actidil] on silica-gel metal-salt-impregnated plates, by using a mixture of ethanol-DMF [dimethyl formamide]-ammonia (32:10:0.2) as developing system and employing Dragendroff reagent as visualization reagent, is described. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
