Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 65-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital* because of progressive confusion.She had been well until five weeks previously, when there was the onset of fatigue. One week later a hacking cough developed, followed by a sharp pain in the anterior aspect of the chest, with burning discomfort in the right upper abdominal quadrant that radiated to the back and was not relieved by an antacid.
