Abstract
The skeletal muscle of cattle suffering from generalized glycogenosis type II lacked acid .alpha.-glucosidase activity. There was no evidence of enzymically inactive proteins that cross-reacted with antibodies raised against acid .alpha.-glucosidase from the muscle of normal animals. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
