Abstract
Rumanian expts. confirm the value of paludrine as a schizonticide but not as a gametocide in the treatment vivax and falciparum malaria. The observations were made on patients undergoing induced malaria therapy. Daily doses of 100-300 mg. of paludrine administered for a period of from 7 to 15 days gave the most satisfactory results. Keywords
