Abstract
Descr. of eggs and outline of life history are given. Various insecticides caused a relatively high quick kill, but the populations built up again. A 97.5% S dust at 38 lb./acre was slow acting, but caused 76% reduction in 8 days compared to 46% for the best TEPP treatment and 50% for the best parathion treatment at that time. Heavy rain a few days later caused infestation in all plots to drop to almost zero. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
