Abstract
A case of a 16-year-old boy with a rapidly progressive primary cerebral pleormorphic lymphoma of the brain is reported. Immunostaining with a panel of antibodies confirmed the T-cell lineage of the tumour. This is apparently the first documented report of primary T-cell lymphoma of the central nervous system. Keywords
