Abstract
The present report concerns a patient with both clinical and biochemical abnormalities of liver function which were associated with an apparently different histologic type of primary renal tumor. At autopsy, a localized spindle-celled tumor (considered to be a sarcoma) of the kidney was found, but no specific morphologic changes in the hepatic parenchyma or hepatic vessels were present to account for the features of hepatic failure observed in life. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
