Abstract
Observations of behavior processes as a function of autogamous and conjugative fertilization showed the former to increase and the latter to decrease responsiveness. "It is suggested that additional empirical evidence may justify theoretical formulations concerning some sort of intracellular elements related to behavior.".Keywords
