Abstract
Presentation of Case First admission. A sixty-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of headaches and diplopia.Twenty-five years previously he had been treated in a military hospital for multiple battle injuries; a seminoma of the right testis was found, radical dissection was performed, and a dose of approximately 5000 R was administered to the para-aortic lymph-node chain. Subsequently, diarrhea occurred, with the passage of 6 to 10 loose stools daily; he had no fever or chills. The diarrhea was treated with aluminum hydroxide gel (Amphojel) or paregoric.
