Abstract
In this comment, the authors have given a response to the foregoing comment by Wittig and Ionov on our previous paper [J. Chem. Phys. 99, 254 (1993)] entitled ‘‘State-specific unimolecular reaction of NO2 just above the dissociation threshold.’’ Discussion was made by referring to recent theoretical papers on the NO2 photodissociation to harmonize the results obtained from the time-domain experiment with our observations by the frequency-domain experiment and to clarify the problem to be solved for further understanding dynamics of the unimolecular reaction dynamics. Keywords
