Abstract
The study on broadband infrared parametric amplification in a lithium triborate (LBO) crystal is reported. By using optical parametric amplification in LBO, the picosecond (ps) infrared (IR) laser pulse with a bandwidth of 165 nm has been generated. The energy of broadband laser pulse train is 9.4 μJ, and the pulse duration is 20 ps.Keywords
