Abstract
The life history and developmental morphology, from egg to adult, of Dochmoides stenocephala were investigated. Special attention is given to the development of the buccal structures, nervous system, and genitalia. Marked homology of development with that of other strongylines was observed. By the oral route, infection occurred without somatic migration. Percutaneous infection was largely unsuccessful. After infection, larvae migrated along the intestinal tract with increase in age, and the adult worms appeared to favor a location in the latter third of the small intestine. Keywords
