Abstract
Chromo-some numbers are reported for 14 taxa of the plant genus Claytonia. In 3 spp. (C. lanceolata, C. sarmentosa, and C. virginica) the numbers were found to vary from 8-32 in the haploid state, but the remainder ran quite uniformly at 8 or 12.Keywords
