Abstract
Tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0) [Pd2(dba)3] catalyzed asymmetric double carbohydroamination of iodoarenes in the presence of a chiral ligand (Trost ligand and Me-DuPHOS are most effective) is an excellent method for the chiral synthesis of α-aminoamides in up to 99% ee.Keywords
