Abstract
Description of an invasion of tens of thousands of Enterobius vermicularis in the intestinal wall, especially in that of the rectum, but also in that of the colon and the ileum. There were 5-6 times as many [male][male] as [female][female]. All the worms were still in the larval stage, but the [male][male] were 1 or 2 larval stages ahead of the [female][female]. The intestinal mucosa was covered with numerous ulcers, many of which had undermined edges. There was almost complete absence of inflammation around the penetrated parasites, but many of them were enclosed by a sheath. It remains undetd. whether the ulceration or the invasion of the worms.was pre-existent.Keywords
