Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 15-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital because of dyspnea.She was born of a normal pregnancy of a mother aged 41 years. Her early development was normal and comparable to that of her three older siblings. At the age of three years she entered another hospital because of bronchitis; for several years thereafter she had episodic respiratory-tract infections, with cough and wheezing, several times each winter. She had mumps and the usual exanthems in early childhood.
