Symptomatic spinal epidural lipomatosis without exogenous steroid intake

Abstract
Epidural lipomatosis may be unassociated with steroid use and should be considered in the differential diagnosis of lumbar radiculopathy. This may cause widening of the spinal canal on plain film and complete block on myelography. CT or MRI is diagnostic.Keywords
