Abstract
The performance of Algebraic Reconstruction Technique (ART) algorithms for the inversion of simulated Event-Related (Evoked) Potentials is investigated. Using reference dipole multipole and extended distributions, we examine the behavior of the algorithms by checking a set of critical parameters related to the algorithm's self-consistency, measuring the covergence accuracy and speed, the quality of resolution and the resistance to various levels of noise corruption. Keywords
