Abstract
A case of traumatic hematobilia is reported in a 2-year-old girl who showed clinical features of delayed, recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding following trauma. Preoperative diagnosis is possible by noting the characteristic finding on abdominal angiography of a traumatic aneurysm of the hepatic artery. Oblique angiograms determine the exact location for subsequent surgery. The appropriate treatment of hematobilia is surgical excision of the involved portion of the liver. Keywords
