Abstract
The pantothenic acid content of a number of foods and other products of natural origin was measured by biological assay with chicks. Data are presented for sixty-eight products, involving more than 200 bio-assays. The dietary requirement of the chick for thiamin, riboflavin, and pantothenic acid is compared with the varying distribution of these vitamins in certain foods. Keywords
