Abstract
In tests conducted in Louisiana in 1959, good control of the sugarcane borer, Diatraea saccharalis (F.), was obtained with granular formulations of 2% endrin and 2% S.D. 4402(1,3,4,5,6,7,8,8-octachloro-3a,4,7,7a-tetrahydro-4,7-methanophthalan). Granular formulations of 5% Guthion® (O, O-dimethyl S-(4-oxo-1,2,3,-benzotriazin-3-(4H)-ylmethyl) phosphorodithonte) and 10% Sevin® (1-naphthyl N-methylearbamate) also showed some promise of being effective against the borer. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
