Abstract
The interface magnetisation of the ferromagnetic transition metals in Fe-SiO and Ni-SiO multilayered films and Co fine particles precipitated in Cu have been studied by the neutron small-angle scattering technique. For the multilayered films of Fe-SiO and Ni-SiO, it was found that while Fe has no reduction of the interface magnetisation, Ni seems to have a large reduction of the magnetic moment at the interface to SiO. For the Co particles in Cu the interface magnetisation is almost the same as the inner one. Keywords
