Abstract
The identification of dominant acting proto-oncogenes in mammary tumors from mice and humans has highlighted a number of signal transduction pathways that have subsequently been shown to have a role in normal mammary growth and differentiation. Here we describe the use of two different transgenic mouse strategies to investigate the function of two of these signalling pathways in the normal growth and differentiation of the mouse mammary gland during pregnancy. Keywords
