Abstract
Definite progress has been made in the treatment of bilateral Wilms' tumors with marked improvement in the prognosis. This is confirmed in our series of 6 consecutive patients with synchronous tumors. The recent trend toward more conservative surgery, double or triple drug chemotherapy, and avoidance of high‐dose radiation therapy has yielded good results. Keywords
