Abstract
Circulating H-2d hemagglutinins are produced in C57BL/6J (H-2d) females outcrossed with DBA/2J (H-2d) males. No antibody response is demonstrable before animals have bred for four months (1-2 litters). In other age groups studied, little difference is observed with respect either to the number of positive animals or the titer of hemagglutinins. From 40 to 70% of animals in each group are positive. Immune titers are demonstrable during pregnancy. Keywords
