Abstract
Congenital bilateral facial paralysis (Möbius syndrome) occurred in a family: in the father, the first child, and the second child. An electromyogram was obtained from the musculi frontalis, orbicularis oculi, and orbicularis oris of the father and the first child. In voluntary contraction, very low-voltage spikes were observed in the left orbicularis oris of the father and the orbicularis oris bilaterally of the first child. Keywords
