Abstract
A 64‐year‐old woman had an ulcerated tumor of 5 years' duration on her left foot. Histological examination revealed a eccrine poroma with bowenoid changes at one edge, which had invaded the dermis. We consider this case to be malignant eccrine poroma (porocarcinoma). Keywords
