The reaction of bis(cyclo-octadiene)nickel with methacrylamide in the presence of tricyclohexylphosphine (PCy3) gives a nickela-cyclic amide complex (PCy3)[graphic omitted]H2(1), which affords 3-methyl-succinimide on reaction with CO.Keywords
