Abstract
Comparison of the isolated strain with Baker''s strain of feline pneumonitis virus indicates that these 2 agents are indistinguishable on the basis of morphology, developmental cycle, susceptibility to antibiotics and sulfonamides, hemagglutinin formation and complement-fixation reaction. However, an antigenic distinction is indicated by the virus and toxin neutralization reactions the antisera to this virus neutralize both the homologous and Baker''s virus at an equal titer, whereas the antisera to Baker''s virus do not reciprocate in the neutralization of this virus.
