Klüver-Bucy Syndrome and Herpes Encephalitis

Abstract
A case of Klüver-Bucy syndrome that developed after biopsy-proven herpes encephalitis is presented. The pathophysiology of the syndrome is discussed. The evolution of the disease in our case suggests that the syndrome, as in the animal model, may in some cases be transient.
