Abstract
The nonoperative dilatation of a ureteropelvic junction obstruction using a double-lumen balloon dilatation catheter is described. A ureteropelvic junction obstruction was dilated successfully in a 20 yr old woman who had undergone an unsuccessful dismembered pyeloplasty. A review of the literature did not reveal a previous description of this approach. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
