Abstract
A design of a cell to record IR spectra of monolayers on low area metals at elevated or reduced temperature and/or pressure is described. Its utility is illustrated with spectra of Langmuir-Blodgett monolayers of cadmium arachidate under nonambient conditions.Keywords
