Abstract
Von 1963 bis 1967 wurden bei 43 Patienten 49 femoro-popliteale Gefäßverschlüsse durch halbgeschlossene Ringstrippingthrombendarteriektomie rekonstruiert. Die Indikationsstellung, angiologische Operationsvorbereitung, Operationstechnik und die dabei erzielten Ergebnisse werden beschrieben und diskutiert. Die Vorteile der halbgeschlossenen und offenen Ausschälplastik werden besprochen. From 1963 to 1967, 49 obliterations of the femoro-popliteal vessels were reconstructed by means of circular stripping thrombendarterectomy in 43 patients. Indication, angiological operative preparation, operative technique and the results achieved are described and discussed. The advantages of the half – closed and open cleavage plasty are mentioned. De 1963 à 1967 il a été procédé chez 43 malades présentant des oblitérations fémoro-poplitées à des plasties de thrombose d'artériectomie de stripping circulaire à demi-oblitéré. Exposition et discussion des indications de ces interventions, de la préparation angiologique de ces opérations, de la technique opératoire et des résultats ainsi obtenus. Étude des avantages de la plastie du stripping ouvert et à demifermé.
