Abstract
The study described in this report was concerned with the retention of basic military information by former members of the Army, who are not on active duty, at various time intervals since separation from the service. It is believed that this research has contributed information relevant to the problem of the retention or level of knowledge of basic military subject matter by individuals with prior military service. However, it appears that further investigation in this area would be more feasible with active reserve or National Guard personnel rather than with the large body of former members of the Army who do not actively participate in the Reserve Program. Keywords
