Abstract
The concept that Co deficiency symptoms in sheep develop because alimentary flora fail to synthesize Co-containing vit. B12,is not supported by the observation that oral or intramusc. admn. of 2-120 [mu]g. of crystalline vitamin per week to Co-deficient animals for a period of 6 weeks in no way alleviated Co deficiency symptoms. Keywords
