Abstract
The generalization of Fermi statistics of order 2, described earlier by the author, is applied to the leptons. The theory can account for the existence of two neutrinos, associated with the electron and the muon respectively, and can be extended to account for the existence of the muon. It is shown how the neutrino theory of light can be reformulated, without violating rotational invariance, provided the neutrinos satisfy parastatistics of order 2.
