Monochromator with a plane focusing diffraction grating

Abstract
An optical system of a monochromator with a focusing holographic grating on a plane substrate is proposed. The procedure for the optimization of its design is described. The performance and the quality of the monochromator are evaluated and the results are illustrated by spot-diagrams.Keywords
