Abstract
A simple data acquisition and control system has been developed for the measurement of the spectral emission from bioluminescent animals. A programmable calculator system is used to control a monochromator and to measure, record and graphically display the results. Results from calibration sources and three animals are described with comments on the success of the technique. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
