Abstract
Evidence using C14 tracer techniques shows no appreciable conversion of 2-keto-L-gulonic acid to L-ascorbic acid by the rat or guinea pig. The major part of the administered 2-keto-L-gulonic acid was excreted unchanged in the urine.Keywords
